We’ve teamed up with BBC Radio 1Xtra to celebrate the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations and highlight the best in African football and sports history. Throughout the games, listeners can expect to hear historical factoids about each of the 24 countries that qualified for the tournament. Each factoid looks at the country’s history and culture, from sports to food to music.
